**Refunds**

We offer refunds on eligible items within 30 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging. You must also have the receipt or proof of purchase.


**Exchanges**

If you receive a defective or damaged item, we will gladly exchange it for the same item. Please contact us immediately with details and photographic evidence of the issue, and we will arrange for the exchange.


**Non-Refundable Items**

**Shipping**

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
